Fubon Xihua Residences
Located in the Dazhi redevelopment district, Fubon Xihua Residences was designed by DBI architect to overlook Taipei's expansive cityscape. The development combines hotel and residential functions in an innovative urban complex for living, leisure and business, supported by the Taipei Marriott hotel brand. Taiwan Glass is the principal curtain wall material, combining a contemporary appearance with energy efficiency and safety.
Design Concept and Features
DBI architect's design extends and integrates the urban landscape. Refined glass curtain walls create an open appearance and changing light and shadow, relating the building to Taipei's skyline. The glazing also expresses a sensitive transition between hotel and residential spaces at different levels, supporting a varied and vibrant urban lifestyle.
