Design Concept and Features

The design centers on the coexistence of smart cities and green buildings. Alternating vertical louvers and glass curtain walls create a rhythmic facade that reduces heat gain from direct sunlight while preserving excellent daylight. Low-E glass further improves energy efficiency, balancing contemporary aesthetics with energy-saving technology.
